  • Report Vaccine Reactions – We highly recommend that you report your reaction to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which was set up to identify unusual events that may indicate a "hot lot" or contaminated lot of vaccine that could trigger a recall. Any serious health problems following vaccination can be reported by you or your physician to VAERS.
