Cindy Loveland has been NVIC's State Advocacy Assistant since 2012. She assists Dawn Richardson, Director of State Advocacy, researching and tracking legislation on the NVIC Advocacy Portal. Cindy has also served as the volunteer Colorado State Director for NVIC since 2002 and has been following vaccine legislation in Colorado since 1994.
She became an advocate for informed consent after her oldest son suffered a severe reaction to his 2nd DTP Vaccine in 1984. Cindy and her husband are small business owners and have 4 adult children.
