Since the onset of covid, I have been intimidated to seek out healthcare records and receive vaccines. Adverse side effects were not allowed to be recorded despite video evidence and a total failure of the healthcare system was apparent. Luckily the pharmacists print out and record side effects now but unfortunately the state still has employees that promote the protest of the incredible health benefits of vaccines. Because of this protesters circle houses with loud vehicles and cause incredible irreparable harm to the community.

My story begins 2020 while I was living in San Jose CA. Covid hit and the lock downs began!! It was the most horrible time in my life of almost 65 years!! The masking , the shut downs, the threats, the family divisiveness, the complete loss of basic freedoms!! Then the shots come and the pressure to conform starts!! I knew straight away I could not take these experimental shots as I have had a severe reaction to a flu shot at one time and I have reacted to propylene glycol. Also the fact we really had no idea of the full ingredient list as the sheets included with the shots were completely blank. Also these shots were completely experimental mRNA never fully tested!! What more do I need to say! I denied getting the shots while my whole family decided and were coerced to take them!! Division began within my family and my community right away I was not allowed to attend concerts or sporting events or restaurants You just show your card and ID!!! My whole life changed because I wanted to practice my basic right to choose to have a medical produce or not!! I became depressed My Pilates classes were cancelled We were not allowed to go to beach or almost anything!! Churches were closed while liquor stores stayed open!! Great!! My family hated me!! I know full well I would not have survived those shots as I know my body well!! As it is all my kids had health side effects and 2 still do to this day! My son was almost kicked out of college because he was being forced to take a booster and flu shot!! He had a horrible experience and we almost had to take him to the hospital!! No one should ever be forced to take any medical product if they fear to do so!

Re: MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDCHILDREN: They were kicked out of the pediatrician's office -- where my granddaughter had been a patient since birth -- for refusing any more vaccinations. Luckily, several months later, my daughter was able to find another practice that respected her choices. Re: MYSELF: I was in my last year of a master's program and a High Honors student both at my university as well as nationally. I was forced out of my program because I refused to get the Covid jab, plus the masking, and endless testing. I lost $12,500 as a result, plus an unfinished master's degree, plus 40 years of nursing experience in one fell swoop. Although my college was taking the exemptions, the places for the clinicals were not. Additionally, I was kicked out of two different medical practices for refusing to wear a 'proper' mask.

In September 2021, I was working in a hospital in Maryland and my employer sent out notice that we needed to take the Covid shot or we would be terminated on November 8. They said we could put in exemption request and I did so for a religious exemption. I was denied my religious exemption which was executed by a computer form with no human interaction and no ability to rebut any decision. The reason for denial had nothing to do with my request for religious exemption. The denial decision said I had previous vaccines which I thought was strange because as children we don’t have a choice. I also found it strange that this would be the reason given the experimental nature of these shots. I had no other choice but to resign from my job of 10 years. In the last week of employment, my supervisor called me to her office and ask me why I did not take the vaccine. I told her I put in an exemption and they denied my request so I had no other choice but to resign. The supervisor then proceeded to tell me that “if I you don’t get the vaccine you will never be able to work again” I told her at that time that she cannot determine my ability to work in another position and only God can make that determination for me. I felt betrayed by the people I worked with, bullied and coerced but I never relinquished my right to make a health decision for myself. When I made an appointment with HR to discuss my termination and benefits entitlement. The first thing they said to me when I walked in their office is that the determination for the exemption was not going to be reversed it was final. I don’t think they realize I was not coming there to discuss the exemption, but to get the my benefits that I was entitled to, including excess vacation and all my retirement funds. They were surprised when I said I was not there to discuss any determination. I think they were expecting me to beg for my job and beg to take the shot..
