Patty Healy, is a volunteer Law Researcher for the National Vaccine Information Center. A former attorney and biomedical researcher, she is an advocate for vaccine safety and for conscientious objection and other exemptions to vaccination. Patty assists with information about state vaccine laws and exemptions.
