Following is a collection of organizations that advocate for the protection of the human right to exercise informed consent and individual autonomy. Each link below will take you to the organization's page with more information on how you can get involved and take action to support the human right to exercise informed consent. Alliance for Natural Health

The Alliance for Natural Health USA (ANH-USA) is committed to sustainable health, the recognition that true health requires a proactive and preventive approach that focuses on a nutrient-rich diet, proper supplementation, and limiting our exposure to toxic substances. A system that is single-mindedly focused on “treating” sick people with expensive drugs, rather than maintaining healthy people, is neither practical nor economically sustainable.

American Botanical Council

At the American Botanical Council, also known as the Herbal Medicine Institute, we are passionate about helping people live healthier lives through the responsible use of herbs, medicinal plants. ABC is an independent, nonprofit research and education organization dedicated to providing accurate and reliable information for consumers, healthcare practitioners, researchers, educators, industry and the media.

Caminos de Agua

Caminos de Agua believes that all people should live in a clean and ecologically healthy environment with access to safe and healthy drinking water, nutritious and affordable food, and secure shelter. We work in partnership with local communities and other diverse actors to innovate and implement open source solutions for our region in the Independence Watershed but that can also be adapted throughout the world without restriction or license.

Center for Nutrition Advocacy

The Center for Nutrition Advocacy® mission is to advance the pivotal role of nutrition practitioners in healthcare through public and private policy. We envision transforming the health of Americans through a healthcare system that promotes diverse providers practicing nutrition to the level of their training and giving consumers access to the practitioner of their choice.

Citizens Council for Health Freedom (CCHF)

The mission of the Citizens Council for Health Freedom is to protect health care choices, individualized patient care and medical and genetic privacy rights. CCHF is organized as an independent 501(c)3 national non-profit organization founded in 1998. The organization is working to fulfill their vision of securing health freedom for all.

Cornucopia Institute

The Cornucopia Institute, through research and investigations on agricultural and food issues, provides needed information to family farmers, consumers and other stakeholders in the good food movement and to the media. We support economic justice for the family-scale farming community – partnered with consumers – backing ecologically produced local, organic and authentic food.

Fluoride Action Network

The Fluoride Action Network (FAN) seeks to broaden awareness about the toxicity of fluoride compounds among citizens, scientists, and policymakers alike. FAN not only provides comprehensive and up-to-date information, but remains vigilant in monitoring government agency actions that impact the public's exposure to fluoride.

Focus for Health

Focus for Health is dedicated to ensuring that individuals have access to the information necessary to make optimal health decisions for themselves and their families. The mission of the Focus for Health Foundation (FFH) is to promote advocacy, education, and research to combat the rise of chronic illness occurring around the world. They support efforts that increase public awareness of the connection between hazardous environmental exposures and the immune system, and address how social determinants of health and inequality within populations create vulnerability to disease.

Grassroots Health

GrassrootsHealth is a nonprofit public health research organization dedicated to moving public health messages regarding vitamin D from research into practice. It has a panel of 48 senior vitamin D researchers from around the world contributing to its operations. GrassrootsHealth is currently running the D*action field trial to solve the vitamin D deficiency epidemic worldwide. Under the D*action umbrella, there are also targeted programs for breast cancer prevention and a ‘Protect Our Children NOW!’ program to stop vitamin D deficiency where it starts, in utero.

IFoam Organics International

Since 1972, IFOAM - Organics International has occupied an unchallenged position as the only international umbrella organization of the organic world, uniting an enormous diversity of stakeholders contributing to the organic vision. Day by day we are taking the world a step closer to the mainstream uptake of Organic Agriculture.

Informed Consent Action Network

ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network) is actively pursuing several avenues to improve the health and well-being of our population by exposing shortcomings with our vaccine program. Investigating the safety of medical procedures, pharmaceutical drugs, and vaccines while advocating for people’s right to "informed consent" are the foundational guiding principles of the organization.

Institute for Responsible Technology (IRT)

The Institute for Responsible Technology is a world leader in educating policy makers and the public about genetically modified (GM) foods and crops. We investigate and report their risks and impact on health, environment, the economy, and agriculture, as well as the problems associated with current research, regulation, corporate practices, and reporting.

Mercury Free Dentistry

The goal of the Campaign for Mercury-Free Dentistry is to phase out the use of amalgam, a 50% mercury product -- worldwide.  The recently concluded draft mercury treaty requires each signing nation to phase down its use of amalgam, and it provides a road map how.

National Health Federation

The mission of the National Health Federation is protecting the health rights and freedom of individuals and healthcare practitioners, including access to safe foods, beverages, and nutritional supplements in therapeutic values for optimal health as well as freedom of choice in healthcare practitioner and therapy.

National Health Freedom Coalition

National Health Freedom Coalition (NHFC) believes that individuals have the right to self-determination in making their own health care choices. NHFC is calling together all individuals and groups interested in preserving their freedom of access to complete health care. A more acceptable balance must be created between individual rights to self-determination and free choice, and the government’s concerns for public safety.

Organic & Natural Health Association

The Organic & Natural Health Association (O&N) is dedicated to creating and promoting transparent business practices that safeguard access to organic and natural food, products and services. O&N will accomplish this by supporting the development of rational standards for claims substantiation, promoting the communication of truthful and non-misleading information, and encouraging research in the natural products industry.

Organic Consumers Association (OCA)

The Organic Consumers Association (OCA) is an online and grassroots non-profit 501(c)3 public interest organization campaigning for health, justice, and sustainability. The OCA deals with crucial issues of food safety, industrial agriculture, genetic engineering, children's health, corporate accountability, Fair Trade, environmental sustainability and other key topics. We are the only organization in the US focused exclusively on promoting the views and interests of the nation's estimated 50 million organic and socially responsible consumers.

Parentalrights.org

Parentalrights.org is working to preserve parental rights through a Parental Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, as well as through state and federal legislation that will protect children by empowering parents. They believe when it comes to raising children, parents are better than the government and are concerned about parental rights slipping away.

Physician's for Informed Consent

Physicians for Informed Consent (PIC) is the first physician organization dedicated to safeguarding informed consent in vaccination. They believe it is their responsibility as physicians to protect patients. PIC is committed to protecting the rights of parents to make medical decisions for their children, and safeguarding doctors’ professional responsibility to act ethically and in the best interests of their individual patients.

Regeneration International

Regeneration International, a project of the Organic Consumers Association, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building a global network of farmers, scientists, businesses, activists, educators, journalists, governments and consumers who will promote and put into practice regenerative agriculture and land-use practices that: provide abundant, nutritious food; revive local economies; rebuild soil fertility and biodiversity; and restore climate stability by returning carbon to the soil, through the natural process of photosynthesis.

The Vitamin D Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in California, United States. We’re here to educate patients, families, doctors and health professionals on vitamin D and safe, sensible sun exposure to improve the quality and longevity of lives.
