Do you remember how it felt in 2020 when World Health Organization officials at the United Nations proclaimed a COVID pandemic emergency? 1 2 And then when public health officials told lawmakers to lock down society and ordered everyone to mask up and get a fast tracked, unlicensed biological product they labeled a “vaccine” - even though it didn’t prevent infection and transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and ended up injuring and killing a lot of people? 3 4 5 6 7 8
Because the founders of our Constitutional Republic made sure governing authority in America was spread between federal and state governments, 9 in the U.S. during the COVID pandemic there were state Governors and lawmakers who listened to the people and refused to go along with lockdowns, masking and vaccine mandates that were issued by the federal government and some state governments. 10 11 Now, the sovereignty of America, which includes state authority to decide what kind of public health laws we want to govern us, 12 is being threatened by the World Health Organization, an allegation that the WHO Secretary General calls “fake news, lies and conspiracy theories.” 13
WHO Will Vote at End of May 2024 to Expand Authority During Pandemics
Yet, it is true that the U.S. and other WHO members will vote at the end of May 2024 on amendments to the International Health Regulations 14 15 that greatly expand the authority of the World Health Organization. Governments signing a proposed WHO pandemic treaty will be legally bound to follow the orders of WHO officials whenever the global health agency declares another pandemic public health emergency. 16 17 18
The current US Administration is solidly in support of the proposed new health regulations and a pandemic treaty that will hand over pandemic public health policymaking to officials at the World Health Organization.19 20 In the name of “global health security” during the COVID pandemic, WHO health officials created the Global Digital Health Certification Network electronic tracking system and lobbied hard for legal requirements that would force everyone to carry an “International Digital Certificate of Vaccination,” also known as a vaccine passport, 21 22 to prove receipt of COVID shots as a condition for traveling and entering public spaces. 23 24 In June 2023, the European Union transferred its COVID shot digital pass to the WHO, which is rolling out worldwide.25
The proposed new International Health Regulations would give WHO health officials the authority to require you to use biological products labeled “vaccines,” and be tracked and undergo medical exams, quarantine and medical treatment. 26 The proposed pandemic treaty would also greatly expand the authority of UN health officials to globally censor what they consider to be “mis-information” and “disinformation” about diseases and vaccines 27 28 so you are not allowed to publicly criticize vaccine science, policy and law, which violates your First Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution. 29
WHO Wants Power to Censor Public Speech About Risky Research, Vaccines, Lockdowns, Quarantines
According to attorney Matt Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel, “The WHO is attempting to rebrand isolation, restrictions and quarantines as “Protection of Human Rights” and wants to increase funding by billions of dollars to “tackle false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation.” 30
Dr. Meryl Nass, founder of Door to Freedom, says that the proposed treaty and amendments to International Health Regulations will lead to “the proliferation of biological weapons agents” because the treaty encourages formerly banned Gain-of-Function research and relaxes restrictions on scientists conducting that dangerous type of research. 31 This, despite mounting evidence that the SARS-COV-2 virus is a synthetic virus created by scientists engaged in risky Gain of Function research at high biosecurity labs in China and the U.S. 32 33 34 Dr. Nass points out that the proposed WHO treaty calls for rapid pandemic vaccine development and production of biological products for which manufacturers would have no liability, and could be distributed under Emergency Use Authorization, similar to what happened with the genetically engineered mRNA cell disrupter COVID shots. 35 36
What can we do about this assault on US sovereignty and civil liberties?
Act in Your State to Block WHO Power Grab
As Americans, we can stand up, speak out and tell our elected representatives at the federal and state level that we do not consent to and will not comply with orders from WHO officials. 37 We are a sovereign people and make our own laws and will not salute leaders of the global Public Health Empire, who are opposed to provisions in the U.S. Constitution that protect individual autonomy and guarantee Americans freedom of speech, thought and conscience. 38 39
The Louisiana Senate has already voted unanimously to pass a bill, SB133, that says, “The World Health Organization, United Nations and World Economic Forum shall have no jurisdiction or power within the state of Louisiana. No rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate of any kind of the World Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall be enforced or implemented by the state of Louisiana or any agency, department, board, commission, political subdivision, governmental entity of the state, parish, municipality, or any other political entity.” 40SB133 needs to be passed in the Louisiana House and signed by the Governor to become law. 41
Every state legislature in the U.S. should pass that kind of law to protect their residents from tyranny that will be imposed by a United Nations health agency engaged in a blatant power grab for the legal right to be able to tell Americans what to do to their bodies and the bodies of their children. This power grab, orchestrated by the lucrative public private business partnerships between Big Pharma and governments and their global partners in banking, technology, mass media and academia, is a direct assault on civil liberties protected under the U.S. Constitution and the people’s natural right to autonomy and protection of bodily integrity. 42 43 44

- Because treaties are supposed to be approved by the U.S. Senate, tell your federal senators to demand that all World Health Organization treaties be presented to the Senate, as required by the U.S. Constitution.
- Tell your state legislators you want them to pass a law protecting state sovereignty from WHO public health orders implemented under any International Health Regulations or treaties.
- Ask your state Attorney General and Governor to publicly affirm that your state will not comply with orders coming from the World Health Organization.
Remember, the vote on IHR amendments will take place in Geneva, Switzerland at the end of May 2024. Don’t miss your opportunity to voice your opposition and urge lawmakers that represent you in state legislatures and in Congress to protect US sovereignty.
Freedom of thought, speech and conscience is non-negotiable and informed consent to medical risk taking is a human right. There is no greater calling in the 21st century than to protect those natural rights that define what it means to be free.
