1982 - present. Co-founder Dissatisfied Parents Together (DPT) – an educational charity today known as the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC)

Vice President of DPT (1982-1993)
President of NVIC (1994-present)
Worked with Congress to secure safety and compensation provisions in the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 while ensuring medical malpractice liability for negligent doctors and product design defect liability for vaccine manufacturers.
Established a referenced vaccine information library of more than 1,800 pages on org (1995-present) and coordinated the operation or NVIC sponsorship of three other websites: MedAlerts.org (2006); NVICAdvocacy.org (2010); TheVaccineReaction.org (2015).
In 1995, became the founding executive editor of The Vaccine Reaction journal in print form that was launched as a digital publication in 2015.
Coordinated five international public conferences on vaccination (1997, 2000, 2002, 2009, 2020)
Served as NVIC’s media spokesperson and represented NVIC on federal vaccine advisory committees, testifying in Congress and state legislatures, in scientific forums, such as the Institute of Medicine, and made presentations at educational conferences advocating for informed consent to vaccination.
Researched and published several hundred articles, special reports, commentaries and other print publications.
Video Blogger publishing referenced print and video commentaries on vaccine science, policy, law and ethics posted on the Internet (2007-present
Between 1985 and 2015 debated more doctors on television about vaccine risks and the right to informed consent to vaccination than any other American.
