Vaccine related bills continue to be filed in state legislatures around the country where as of February 23rd, there have been over 825 filed since the beginning of the year!

More bills are having hearings, bills are being substituted and amended, and bills are passing chambers of legislatures. With so much happening, the best way to be the first to know about what is happening in your state and how you can help get good vaccine-related bills passed and oppose bad vaccine bills is to visit your own state’s page on the NVIC Advocacy Portal often!

Trends for Vaccine Related Bills

One advantage that NVIC has, which will help you be a better vaccine choice advocate in your own state, is that we track and analyze vaccine related bills in all 50 states so we can spot real time trends in bills being filed in state legislatures across the country.

On Thursday, February 12th, Jeffrey Jaxon sat down in the Highwire studio and interviewed me live for an important discussion on the 2026 legislative session so far. I highlight some specific bills of interest on the NVIC Advocacy Portal and talk about some of these trends mentioned above in more detail. Please Support Our Work

We rely on your donations to make our NVIC Advocacy work possible. NVIC has been educating the public about the importance of securing informed consent protections in US vaccine policies and laws since 1982. Informed consent to vaccination now has become a mainstream issue, and we are making a huge difference in state vaccine lawmaking as you can see on the NVIC Advocacy Portal HERE.  We need your financial support to be able to continue and grow our efforts. Please make a donation here.
