Do you know the difference between companies that sell cigarettes and companies that sell vaccines in America?

When cigarettes injure or kill people, tobacco companies are financially liable in civil court. But when vaccines injure or kill people, drug companies are not.

That’s right.

If you get lung cancer from smoking cigarettes, you can sue the tobacco company. 1 But if you or your child suffers brain damage or dies after getting a vaccine, the drug company cannot be sued. 2

And you can’t hold any person who licensed, recommended, gave or voted to mandate the vaccine accountable in a court of law, either. 3 4

Here is why:

In 1986, Congress gave drug companies a partial civil liability shield for vaccine injuries and deaths. 5

In 2011, the US Supreme Court effectively banned all vaccine injury lawsuits, ruling that vaccines are - quote - “unavoidably unsafe.” 6

Then, in 2016, Congress lowered licensing standards for experimental vaccines so that drug companies can fast track them to market without conducting large clinical trials. 7

Now, drug companies and their friends in medical trade are lobbying state legislatures to strip vaccine exemptions from state public health laws. 8 9

That’s right.

Even though drug companies and doctors have been given an unprecedented liability shield removing all responsibility for vaccine injuries and deaths, 10 they want more.

They want “no exceptions” vaccine laws forcing you and your children to use every dose of every government endorsed vaccine without your voluntary, informed consent. 11

What’s the difference between companies that make cigarettes and companies that make vaccines?

When cigarettes injure and kill people, Big Tobacco is legally accountable in a civil court in front of a jury of your peers. But when vaccines injure and kill people, Big Pharma is not.

At NVIC.org, learn more about vaccines, diseases and the human right to informed consent to medical risk taking.

That is crazy. We can sue big tobacco for injuries and death because of their products. We cannot sue vaccine companies for injuries and death. Congress should get rid of the partial liability shield for vaccine companies. Vaccine companies should be held accountable.

Barbara you are doing great work. This may be the single biggest issue of our time, considering the damage being inflicted and the medical costs associated with that damage for future generations. Your professionalism takes the conversation up a notch. Thank you!

Under the rationale of the Obamacare law, five lawyers have given Congress the absolute authority to tell us to do something, to tell us how to do it, and to fine us-- oops, sorry, tax us--if we refuse to do it. I think that's what they call communism.

The difference between cigarettes and vaccines is staring you in the face. Cigarettes are a purchase you make in your private life. Vaccines are something that others want to force on you.

I just found out that my congressman is sponsoring a pro-vaccine resolution in the house of representatives. It looks like it was written by the vaccine industry. His name is Tom Marino 10th congressional district Pennsylvania. I emailed him my response. I don't know if he is willing to listen to the real facts on this issue. I hope this foolish resolution fails to garner much support.

The issue here is not whether vaccines are deleterious to one's health. They ARE! The issue is also not whether cigarettes are deleterious to one's health. They ARE! Power is the issue here. Regarding Vaccines, Individuals should have the final decision and should be permitted to make their decision based upon a sufficient understanding of the risks involved, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the ingredients contained within vaccines. Think about it: If some warped person went around and injected methyl-mercury, aluminium, fetal cells, & stealth viruses into children, they would be arrested for Criminal Child Abuse of the highest order. But the medical community not only DOES this ... they do it with total IMMUNITY [pun intended] from legal prosecution. Dr. Joseph Mengele would be so proud of such sinister medical practices! This is horrible. What can we do to stop or change this? Either make them liable or most of all get those exemptions to stay in all states. California now only has a medical exemption. Editor's note: Think globally but Act Locally! Register today with WWW.NVICADVOCACY.ORG

We should write our elected officials to change the law. After all, no one was ever forced to smoke a cigarette but parents in Maryland were threatened with arrest for not having their children vaccinated so they could attend school.
